  One stop shop for health and wellness! Everyone is so kind, attentive and passionate about getting you to reach your best.
  
  I just started treatment and have had 2 sessions with Farzana and she is amazing! I go in feeling broken and leave feeling fabulous! I love they do a spinal assessment and create a treatment plan specific to my needs and get me fully relaxed before my adjustment. Samantha, the naturopathic doctor, was very helpful in narrowing down my needs to pinpoint the root causes.

  Lily and Farzana are very skilled, caring and fun and their treatments have allowed me to get my mobility and strength back so I can continue resistance training! The best! Bonus: they fit me in their schedule last minute, always. Highly recommended clinic.

  yes ive always have great relaxing time at the spine& wellness centre Farzanna is the best she keeps my body in good shape iam getting better in a long time highly recommend this place

  I have been going here for about a year! Farzana and Lily have put together a wonderfull team here! I have had serveral acupuncture appointments with Charles, many Physiotherapy with Era and also RMT appointments too. It is a great place for recovery and highly recommend it, very friendly staff!!

  I look forward to my appointments here at Spine Plus. Its been my 3rd visit, and everyone makes sure you're taken care of from the moment you walk through the door (every single time!). Offers complimentary tea/coffee, and you get right to your appointment with 0 time to waste. Thanks Lily and team - definitely recommend!
