  Prices are good. I've referred a lot of people here and have been coming here for almost 5 years. However, since the change to "Canada Raw" this is the third time I have had issues with my order. I ordered two cases of ground chicken with organs and bones, frozen and cubed (I have been ordering the same thing for 3 years) on a Thursday and they said they could have it ready for Saturday. I couldn't make it on Saturday so I drove from Oshawa on Tuesday afternoon.
  
  Upon arrival I was told my order was not there. First I was told that it was thrown out because it had been sitting out on a skid waiting for me - which didn't make sense because it was +7 that day and the meat would have quickly thawed. Then after questioning Vic further, he asked me what my order was and then told me he remembered and that it was "annoying" because they gave my order to another customer. When I continued to ask him about ways around this issue, he said there was nothing that could be done and then proceeded to take phone calls, while I just stood there and I was already late to pick up my children. I left without any food for my dog.
  
  The last time there was an issue, I had asked for two cases of ground chicken with organs ground, frozen and cubed. My husband picked up the order and got it home to discover that one case was not cut and ended up having to use his table saw to cut it himself. The manager did rectify this situation, however I am extremely unhappy with how the most recent situation was handled. Seeming that I was first lied to, and then my order that I had waited three days for was given to another customer when I can easily be reach by phone.

  I have been doing the raw food diet for a couple months now for my GSD. So far this place has been great. Good quality, good service, only takes 1-2 days for my orders and the prices are good compared to similar places. Also the people here are knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. If u r interested in raw food for ur pet I highly recommend this place!

  I'm so glad I found this place! Great prices, high quality food, and friendly staff. I love the wide variety of raw food options. Our dogs (Saint Bernard & Dogue de Bordeaux) are very satisfied and can't wait for their dinner time every day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks again!

  Have been going here for a year now and love the service and the quality of meat. I agree about the service being knowledgeable and kind. My dog enjoys the food and never had a problem with the order so far. The variety of meat also helps me add or change up his meals. Tony has helped me out in the beginning when we first got there and answered my questions with my husband. Absolutely love going to them and so does my dog.
