  The food is fresh, it looks fresh, it taste fresh and I keep going back over and over and over because of the taste. I like the sliced beef the most it has a healthy beef look to it and taste accordingly. This is one of the bench mark I use to compare when I go elsewhere for sushi. Most other places the sliced beef looks off grey in colour and feels lacking of something.
  The sushi slices are just the right size not too large and not too small, makes eating a pleasure as you fit the right amount in your mouth every time. Sashimi fresh ☺☺☺ did I already say the food is fresh I guess I did.
  Service is immaculate there when you need it and not there when you are just enjoying the meal.
  
  I guess by now you know this is a 5 star for me.
  
  Every time I take a guest here with me their responses about the food are the same as mine. Sushi to the next level. Keep up the good work Yellowtail.

  Both the food and service are excellent. The food is good in a simple uncomplicated way. Definitely will return. Make sure you try the black sesame ice-cream from the weekend AYCE menu.

  Food is made fresh and the service is really good. The all you can it is worth it since any thing you order is made on the spot instead of made before hand. They only have ice cream fo dessert and the menu is limited at lunch.
