  I started at this gym around a year. I wanted to work with an experienced trainer and met with Aaron here. Over the course of the year, Aaron helped me transform my body and helped me achieve my goals. He has been extremely professional and amazingly helpful with my journey and I would recommend anyone who is looking to transform their body, to come and speak with Aaron.
  
  The gym overall is really great. Its 24 hours with self entry. However the amazing thing about this gym is that it's not overly crowded like other places such as good life and llfit for less. The staff is very helpful as well.
  
  Overall great place to workout on your own or with a trainer.

  Aaron and Andrew are amazing!! They seem to have endless patience with everyone! They made my workout fun, relaxing, yet challenging at the same time. I lost more than 10 lbs now and that made a big difference to my self confidence. Thank you both!!

  This gym makes me actually want to go to the gym! Although it looks small, it's never too crowded, and has pretty much all the equipment you could need. Andrew and Aaron are always friendly and approachable, willing to lend a hand, but never pushy. The facility and equipment are clean and well-maintained. My gym anxiety went out the window

  I have been a gym member of Anytime Fitness at Woodbine Ave and 16th Ave since it was newly opened. It remains a place to go almost daily for personal fitness and staying healthy. It is just the right size with all equipment I need. For so many years, it is still well upkept, clean with nicely maintained machines. Members here are nice and working out enjoyably at their own pace. The personal training staff Andrew and Aaron, are always helpful and friendly. The owners always listen to members'requests and suggestions with all ears politely. This gym always gives you a sense of safety with a welcoming atmosphere like getting back home. Doing gym there makes you feel it is part of life. Highly recommended!

  The little gym that could! I've been a member at Woodbine and 16th Anytime Fitness for 5+ years now and I've never been disappointed. It looks small but when you get in it's quite roomy, has everything you could need and is a comfortable environment that feels judgement free.
  
  Management is friendly and open to conversation about anything!
  
  The trainers Andrew and Aaron are two of the nicest people I've met. Whether or not you're a client they're always willing to answer any questions, give you a spot or just give a friendly hello. On top of that I always see them treating their clients with respect and having a great time. Always focused on the exercises but also laughing and enjoying themselves and their time with their clients .
  
  Great gym, great people and great results!
