First time they were running late due to traffic; however, he did inform me and we did not run into any issues re coordinating with the concrete delivery. Had no issues on the remaining two occasions and he helped with moving the line pump as needed. Initially, Zack came across as abrasive; however, he did mellow out on the following two occasions. Overall, was satisfied with the work, is very competitive on price and would recommend him. I did tell Zack that he came across as abrasive and I suspect he will be far more mindful of this going forward.
