Professional no pressure atmosphere, attention to detail, so many dealers I visited used a prepared sales pitch, wasted a lot of time with needless info and phony numbers. I simply wanted to know what the truck cost and the difference I would pay. Joanne understands that, no nonsense just straight facts and numbers and we were done. Probably the easiest vehicle deal I've done.
