Very good sausage
Best cloth-wrapped summer sausage sold in kilograms only accessible in farmers' markets. Difficult to find in supermarkets.
Best summer sausage I have ever had.
The all beef summer sausage is outstanding! I bought some from the Kitchen Kuttings booth at the St Jacobs Farmers Market and it was gone far too quickly. I ordered some more from the Kitchen Kuttings store in Elmira and they mailed it to me but to send it to Vancouver costs more than the price of the product so I don't really recommend that for a long-term solution but it was worth it to get another "fix" of this stuff. The staff at Kitchen Kuttings were very helpful in arranging the shipment and sent it promptly, a delight to work with!
Bought summer sausage and peppercorn sausage at the Oakville Farmers Market. Both were very good. Will have to make the trip to either Elmira or their place to purchase a winter supply
