  We have been enjoying the quality meat at Thatcher Farms over the last year. We have tried their bacon, pork chops, hamburger, and chicken, and we are very impressed with the taste, price, and quality of their products. Therefore, we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good food at a reasonable price.

  I had researched where to go on our day in the country to pick up some high quality meats and other things for dinner, and found this. What a great place! We could tell that in the summer there would be lots to do for people, and families. The store was open and is full of fabulous meats (theirs), cheeses, prepared meals, soups, pantry items and a fabulous array of baked goods. We shopped happily for dinner for the next few nights, and snacked on pepperettes, an apple fritter and butter tarts....our lunch!

  Great store! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of meat from local farms. Baked goods, seasonal specials, the list goes on. Worth the trip from wherever you are!

  This place is truly a goldmine! We ordered a prime rib roast for thanksgiving and it was incredible tasting. Anything you make with their ground beef or pork will be 1000% better than what you have tasted before. We purchase the beef tenderloin for bbqing and we don't put anything on it and it tastes amazing, the way beef should taste. Try their pork roast for pulled pork in the crock pot, you won't believe how delicious it will taste. I cannot say enough about this place. Simply the best!

  Needed a turkey for Thanksgiving and my google search led me to Thatcher's Farm! Just so happens my sister lives down the road! Anyways, along with the turkey we purchased ground beef, chicken breast and pork chops. We had the pork chops last night for dinner and they were more than delicious! I can't wait to try everything else we purchased! I'm glad we came across this country market, it's just a 20 minute drive from Guelph and well worth the visit! We will be making regular trips to purchase our meat from the Thatcher's!
