World of Hot Tubs

LOVE my plug and play Artesian hot tub from World of Hot Tubs. I was so relieved to not have to spend the money on a gfci box and electrician, and found that over this past winter I had zero problem keeping this tub at 103. The water treatment products that WoHT carry work so much better than the stuff I used in my last hot tub. Easy peasy - never have anything but crystal clear water. (And the water in Cambridge is extremely hard.) The service from these guys was also top notch, from sales through to delivery, installation and after sales support (in the way of 'customer appreciation day' where the treatment products are discounted generously). If I had to make this purchase over again, I would 100% return to WoHT and would not hesitate to go plug and play. Great people, products and service - can't ask for more. Thank you WoHT!!!

Haven’t even purchased anything yet and already experienced the best customer service! We most certainly are changing our chemical/anything else we need supplier! Keep it up, the world needs more ethical companies like this!

I would not go to any other place to buy my next hot tub. I bought a simple plug and play used hot tub and they treated me like I had bought the most expensive model in the store. Christian, Tom and all the team are amazing. I keep going back to the store to buy the chemicals and test my water because it is always a pleasure to be welcome back as a friend that they know by name. I won't lie, petting Christian's gorgeous cat is the best part ;)
