(April 15, 2019, 7:46 pm)My wife and I just closed a deal with Murray for a "new to us" vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the service. I felt a little uncomfortable bringing up a few minor fixes I wanted to have done before pick up, but he actually thanked me for my attention to detail, saying he considered it's good sign that we would likely take care of the car after we took ownership. He didn't blink as we switched back and forth, changing financing terms - he reassured us that it was "our deal to make, not his". He gave some good advice about warranty options that I missed, even after he warned me to read through the options carefully. If the car we bought is anywhere near as good as the sales service, we'll be set for years. Either way, I know that it's always a roll of the dice with used cars, as you can never be 100% sure what you're getting until you're off the lot, but if I have to roll dice on the vehicle, I'll absolutely be going back for the service.

(February 13, 2019, 4:47 pm)Back in December I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from Chris and Murray. They were wonderful to deal with and helpful every step of the way. They didn't pressure me into buying anything, and were very polite and friendly.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to come and visit Murray's Garage next time you're in the market for a vehicle. I travelled almost 2 hours to visit their lot based on reviews alone, and was very happy with the service I received. I would definitely purchase from them again! -

The car is great, and he is still helping. Also I met Murray and Lori. They are a great team, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Chris, and Lori, Nice to meet you all.
