  James was very friendly and took lots of care with my car, I liked how he double checked everything before I left and topped up my washer fluid for free. He noticed a bend in my rim and filled up my tires for me. Will definitely be returning

  My husband and I came in the other day for an oil change on his vehicle and dealt with the manager Kate who was phenomenal. She was very polite and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew what she was doing. She also recommended a coolant service which we then got done as she explained the reasoning behind it clearly so it was easy to understand, Also a very tidy and organized shop which makes the environment that much more welcoming. We will definitely be back with both of our vehicles in the future. Keep up the great work!

  5* Rating is ONLY for Staff & Service provided. -5* because it’s a Very small 1 Bay Shop with almost no customer waiting area. You’re sitting in the actual shop!! The prices are high compared to other places I’ve been to. Fortunately, the manager (Brad), was very efficient & clearly knew what he was doing. The owner should use the extra money he charges to make upgrades. I’d rather have a nice area to wait that’s comfortable and warm while I’m waiting for my car. I am the one paying after all. True Customer Appreciation is evident (or lacking in this case) in the environment the company provides for their waiting clientele. This shop was small yes, but it was well organized and super tidy. I can only assume it’s the result of such great staff. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this place. I’ll save some money and be comfortable at my next oil change somewhere else.

  Totally love the two free car washes that come with an oil change! I was disappointed, however, that my final bill showed the air filter to be $34.99 when at the time of assessment (and when I committed) the computer print-out with service suggestions showed the air filter to be only $19.99. When I pointed this out to the service associate he said, "I didn't notice that it came up as $34.99...I never know the price the computer will assign." It turns out, when I asked to see the print-out with the service suggestions, that the air filter was "from" 19.99. Thankfully, the store Manager, Brad Murie, was able to capably address my concern and subsequently upgraded my two free washes to Extreme washes. Thanks!
