  rings were resized and repaired well but i had to come back for cleaning since the product was dirty with black polishing compound (it was a white gold ring btw) so i was a little disappointed in that considering i paid 400+ total (it was a 2 ring set) for claw repair and ring resize which is it little much for resizing it from 7.5 to a 9 but at-least no scratches or marks on the rings and the claws seemed strong but still there is a bit left to be desired in the final product such as cleaning and cost for what i received in the end i sat out side the story in my car for about 30 mins with paper i had in my car (i had a file folder i ripped the corners off of) to clean the junk out of the ring but over all decent service. I do hope my gf likes it in the end XD

We have come to you many times with an idea or a request and it's because of your impeccable listening skills and knowledge that we have the exact pieces we wanted and were in search of. Whether we wanted a Prasiolite Stone or an impossibly small gold charm, you brought it in or made it custom for us. I truly get comments weekly on my rings that I have had for almost 4 years.   Unique jewellery and a knowledgeable staff make this store the place to shop for jewellery. Lisa and Todd are very accomodating and go out of their way to make sure that you find a piece you will cherish.

  I brought a stone to have appraised,the staff was amazing and helpful.
  I ended up buying to more stones and have them but in a setting.
  I read that someone complained about there refund policy, this was explained in detail to me because I asked like I do when making any large purchase.
  I would only buy from them, they were pleasant, informative and very professional
