It was a great experience for me and everyone there is really nice and understanding. I joined one of the groups and ended up getting a job half way through. But I was unaware that I could not get the things they offered me for when i do end up getting a job because "I didn't get the job through the group". It was something they didn't end up mentioning until I got the job and it was quite disappointing. It was clearly just a communication problem but I didn't like being told I can have certain things like a bus pass and not end up getting it. But I still talk to the workers often when I have questions about my current job and they always love to help.

A fantastic program staffed by incredible people, who have not once failed to treat me with the up most respect, dignity, and true kindness, and understanding. This place is a model every workplace should strive to adhere to.
