(April 27, 2019, 6:58 pm)I was shocked on how quickly I was able to get in and out of the guelph store today because of their famous tent sale. Got everything that I wanted and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly including the cashier. Hardest thing was finding a parking spot but the savings are well worth it...just be patient after all we are all there getting something for our toys.

(April 24, 2019, 11:05 pm)I don't know if it was just because it was a sale day or not but the store was a disaster, could have got a lot more of my money if I could have found things and if the only girl that seemed to be working helmets and outerwear was a little more attentive. Answers were all curt and most of the customers seemed to be wandering around hoping for some help. The girl (Sarah, I think) from the Motocross section was fantastic and came over to help us and the staff in parts were great and mean we will come back. I just hope they get things sorted as I can't imagine the condition of the store or attitude of the girl from helmets & Outerwear if things run as is from now until the sale ends on Sunday.

(March 8, 2019, 11:54 am)I needed two crucial parts for a snowmobile trip and I needed them within a day or two, max or I’d miss the trip. I ordered online on and explained the situation in a quick note.
The folks at Royal wrote made sure I had my parts with a day to spare. Great company to deal with.
