Very organized, walk in and you feel like workouts are fun - orange lights are a nice addition!

I have never felt so good as I do since joining this gym. The trainers, the ambassadors, the Owners, and even the members are all extremely friendly and supportive and CARE. There is such an incredible atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door that you can't help but feel good! No matter what your goals are, if you speak with the trainers, they will help you. Orange Theory did more than change my body, they literally saved my life. I can't say enough good things about this location and I applaud the owners Connie and Stephanie for their hard work in bringing the energy and the excitement back into working out by bringing in incredible staff and trainers! THANK YOU OTF GUELPH!! MUCH LOVE XOXOX

Started here when it opened and still love it! Twice a week for two years and I am now in shape, re-shaped my body and have stamina and SPEED for tennis! The key is the great staff and instructors, fabulous energy and they really care about people getting healthy!

It's hard to explain until you've experienced it for yourself. I recommend that everyone at least tries the first free workout then makes a decision from there. I can't go as often as I like, but absolutely miss it when I'm away. The encouragement and excitement exuded by the coaches is incomparable.
