Don't fret when they purchase only a few of the items you bring in, they just know their customer very well and only want the latest and best items. Expect to save at least 60% off of retail!

(June 7, 2019, 10:25 pm)Love that they cater to so many women's sizes 00 to 4x. The customer service is awesome. They are super helpful and kind. Kind of hate they got ride of their plastic bags but it's a minor inconvenience.

(April 29, 2019, 10:44 pm)I’ve visited a few Style Encores with family and this one was quite nice. As usual the staff were nice, the store was clean, and there was lots to look at. There’s also nice chairs to sit on while waiting for others to try things on. The layout is nice based on where they are in the plaza. The counter where you can bring in your clothes for sale is just inside the door with the shopping area of the store away from that foot traffic.

They purchased a lot of the items I brought in and explained why other items were passed on. I left with cash in my pocket and new to me clothes for the summer! Win, win.

I don't however recommend selling as they never take any items even if tags are still attached or offer very little. Overall good place to buy from but don't bother selling if you want to get a decent amount of money back. The Oakville location is more generous with the selling aspect.
