  Good service with the sales staff, BUT it did take a LONG time to complete. There were at least 4 recalculations and at least 5 staff to finally figure out how much owing within an hour. Most of this calculation should have been done in advance of my appointment with them. Other than that however, a good experience. We really like the new Honda CRV.

  We've been customers at Olympic Honda for 5 years thus far and have always received top notch service. When we were recently looking to replace our Civic due to a car accident, the service department was very good to provide us with knowledge and support that helped us in making a sound decision on our next pre-owned Honda purchase.   I just purchased my new vehicle from Sarah Aitchison at Guelph Honda and could not be happier. Not only was she professional, she was very pleasant to work with. She really did her best to accommodate my requests and work with me on getting the exact car I was interested in at the price I was looking to pay.   I went yesterday to Olympic Honda in Guelph and I felt like in home. The sales representative named Sarah was very warm, resourceful and friendly, She also provided me with all the information I needed, brought me coffee and cookies to my chair, I felt very comfortable. I also had an appointment at Service Centre and they were very helpful, fast, friendly providing me an excellent client service. I recommend this place if you need to wait for your car to be fixed, you are going to have a very relaxing and fun time.
