(January 14, 2021, 2:04 am)Nebo and Vesna, the building managers, are very accommodating and they responds quickly to any concern. Nebo takes matters into his own hands and he makes sure that the tenants are satisfied. I highly recommend them due to their professionalism and their friendliness

(October 6, 2020, 7:54 pm)I am a current resident of 2 years. The building landlord (Nebo) is great and has a quick response to anything you need. However the building management company is not that great. The landlord can only do so much with the resources provided. In these 2 years, I have had 2 flooding problems because of the main drainage system being chocked (still not fixed), 1 electrical outlet fire because of the old outlets (as per the electrician), 3 pellet guns shots on the balcony door in the middle of the night. I asked the landlord if they can place video surveillance. He said the building management doesn't want to do it because it costs too much to install it (which it doesn't). This residential unit is getting 3 stars from me just because the landlord is really helpful and really does all that he can to make it a good place to live in. Not a fan of Williams & McDaniel Property Management.

They are courteous and pay a lot of attention to the building.
