They have always told me what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. As well as what I should expect to hear or feel while driving, when a particular part needs to be replaced. They answer all of my questions and help me feel reasured about my car's condition. I know they have my safety and best interest in mind, whenever I take my car to them. I don't even live in Guelph anymore, and I still drive here because I know things will get done right.
