(June 21, 2017, 6:15 pm)The staff are patient, pleasant, and personable. I trust them and their competence in helping people deal with that can be a pretty scary situation. They have a wide selection of equipment and take you through the process very comfortably. I've heard other providers can be pushy or will tend to use debatable statistics to convince a sale; this never occurred to me here. My advisor Tami was excellent, communicative, and open to my inflexible schedule. You just get the sense that they are good people and that they care about their clients. The prices are standard from what I saw elsewhere, and they seem genuinely interested in making sure you get the right equipment (without all the frills, if you don't need them). They also processed my insurance claim for me and made a number of recommendations over a period of two months to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Karin is a knowledgeable, caring, funny and personable agent who just went over and above to make sure I had the right equipment. Great bunch of people who work there and made me feel welcome. I could not be more pleased with my equipment and the support I have received.
