My husband and I have been using Visual Advantage for years for all of our listings. We work mostly with Clinton and Mark, but have worked with other photographers as well. They are always on time, know how to capture the home to show off its best features and deliver the photographs in a timely manner. Our sellers are always impressed with the way their home has been captured. With the vast majority of buyers starting their home search online, it's imperative there are quality photos to capture the buyer's attention right off the bat and Visual Advantage continues to deliver time after time.

I just had Visual Advantage do photos, virtual tour, and floor plans for a large $1M property in Riverside Park in Guelph and the clients are astounded with how well it shows their home. Great work Visual Advantage! The floors plans always come in very handy, especially for a property such as this one which someone will likely extensively renovate. Visual Advantage always delivers top-notch professional services and they seem to really have their systems and people in place to run a successful and effective business. An excellent company to work with. In the past I have tried other firms but not since I "found" Visual Advantage a few years ago. I can't say enough about their service , products and professionalism. My clients love what I can offer them through VA to set their home apart from others. The pictures, virtual tour, floor-plans and proper square footage are all features that I value highly.

What I really like is the floor plan and the number of photos I get with my package. There are lots of photos and in this day and age, people actually want more photos before deciding to go see a property. Always professional. Really like working with the photographers at Visual Advantage. Only thing I would change, and this is minor, is have the shower curtain left open in bathroom photos. This is to allow viewers to see what the shower looks like behind the curtain. People want to see what the shower looks like. It’s part of the the bathroom. Minor but I would change the protocol for this.
