I had a shoulder injury that has been bothering me for months and months, and Katie was my first massage after COVID hit. She is seriously a miracle worker. One hour with her and she really worked out the tension and the issues in my shoulder and I cannot believe how much better it feels. Can't wait to keep going to her. She has a background in Kinesiology and athletic therapy so you're basically getting a physio and an RMT in one. She really knows her stuff and is also extremely friendly and plays great music!
