A solution would be to consider contacting the schools right across the road and seeing is we'd be able to use their parking lots on weekend's -

(February 16, 2019, 10:11 pm)I've lived here twice now...once a decade ago and then I returned a few years back. Sifton management is responsive and always pleasant. If there's a maintenance issue, they are quick to send someone out to fix it.

(April 17, 2017, 6:13 pm)These are not luxury condos but mid-range townhouses so no fancy finishes in the kitchen or jet tubs in the bathroom. What they do offer, in our experience of 18 months (so far) living here is excellent response to any questions, concerns and quick repairs when needed. We needed to be moved in before the 2014 school year started so we took a unit that had only recently been vacated with the understanding that a fresh coat of paint and steam-clean of the carpets would be done for us and both were completed within a week. We also provided a list of any repairs we noticed needed to be done and they were completed promptly and professionally. When I decided I wanted a fancier kitchen faucet than the one that came with the unit, they sent a plumber (at their cost) to install the faucet. When we asked if we were allowed to have a rain barrel for our yard, they provided one free and redirected the downspout to make it usable within a few days of our asking. This is just a few examples, I cannot say enough how impressed I am with how well we have been treated by Sifton. No, it is not fancy or brand-new, but it is comfortable, safe, the grounds are very well maintained and they are very responsive to tenant requests in our experience. I have recommended it to friends or others new to Guelph and I will definitely continue to do so!
