I went two days before Christmas to get a gift card for my husband, and drove all the way in a snowstorm to realize I had forgotten my wallet. The manager gave me the 5-pack car wash gift card free of charge and told me to come back and pay at a later time. Amazing. And when my husband and children went today to have a car wash, as soon as they walked in the door the manager had suckers for the kids and was unbelievably friendly and helpful. My husband said it was the best customer service he'd received in any business over the past year. Thank you!

(October 25, 2016, 2:59 pm)Whenever I need to talk to attendant they are very friendly and happy to talk. Often there are promotions with the car wash. The car wash itself isn't very fast and if there's a lineup (3 cars) you're in for a half hour of idling.
