  I have purchased 3 cars now from the Toyota pre owned vehicle shop in Guelph on Woodland road. Every time, I get the car I am looking for and no decision or vehicle was forced on me. Patrick will give you a hand with any vehicle you’re looking for and be very accommodating. Nick was awesome as well and helped me with all the financing options to purchase the vehicle!

  Steve is by far the best salesman my fiancé and I have ever had the pleasure of working with! We have had some awful car salesman experiences and we were skeptical to look into a new vehicle. From the moment I got on the phone with Steve he was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted at a price that suited our budget! We instantly felt welcome and like we matter walking into the dealership. Throughout the test drive Steve was extremely informative and made the experience fun for us. A vehicle is one of the biggest purchases in a persons life and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of the process. Eric in finance was also very informative and patient with us as we asked a bunch of questions and changed around our agreement a few times. Both Steve and Eric really went above and beyond to insure we had a good experience and to give us the best possible deal :)
  
  If you’re looking to lease or buy a car I HIGHLY recommend going to see Steve!! We will never use anyone else but him again in the future!! Thank you Steve, Eric and Guelph Toyota for making our dream become a reality, for truly caring and making this experience fun and less stressful for us, we really appreciate it!! :)

  Last night I had the “check engine” sign come on my car and I panicked. I live in Toronto and was in Guelph for an event. I called Guelph Toyota and Jim took my phone call. He was so kind and told me to stop by.
  
  When I got there he remembered me right away and Craig said he would run a diagnostic on my car.
  
  I was so sad because I thought I’d miss the event but Jim drove me to my actual event! When the event was done I went back to Toyota and Craig was so kind to me. He said he had fixed the issue and it was the best customer service of life.
  
  I know nothing about cars and was in such a crazy state when I came to Toyota. Both Jim and Craig were so kind which allowed me to stop worrying so much.
  
  Thank you Craig and Jim for being such kind people! You have no idea how high my anxiety was and you not only fixed my car but helped me to feel at ease.
  
  Highly recommend Guelph Toyota!!!!!!

  Our first time buying a new car. The WHOLE team at Guelph Toyota were helpful! Patrick was amazing! He was patient and informative... I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Thanks Team for a quick experience, a pressure free experience, and a helpful experience! If you're not sure if you should go there...Just go there and experience it for yourself, I'm confident that you'll have a pleasurable experience for yourself:)
