(June 26, 2021, 5:21 pm)Katrina just saved my @$$! I had a client who needed a rush appraisal because the "other guys", if you are a mortgage broker you know who I mean, were dragging their feet. Katrina was able to pull off a miracle by providing me with the report for me lender in 48 hours. Will use her and her associates on the next appraisal on the area, no questions asked.

They were quite accommodating with my tight schedule. I found the report very thorough, on point, and easy to understand.
