We also found our building manager Nancy has been very courteous, professional, very good at upkeeping the building and never hesitates if we need anything from her in regards to maintenance for our unit or other areas of the building. We want to thank her for a job well done and keep up the good work. Because of the above comments. It makes us want to live here for a long time. We love living here and always getting compliments from others about our building and unit.

She takes pride in the maintenance and safety of the building and resolves any issues immediately. Our hot water heater stopped working on a Friday at 5 pm and She responded immediately and a tech was onsite within two hours!! That's dedication! Quiet, safe and clean building. Highly recommend! :)

She is hands on, hard working and scrupulous about the cleanliness and maintenance of "her" building. She is also a pleasure to deal with and makes herself easily available for any tenant concerns. Because of her it's been a pleasure living here.
