Five Guys

Food quality was superb but a little pricey for burgers and fries...you could easily go to a sit down restaurant that has service and pay the same (possibly less). You do get to customize your burger toppings but with that being said they forgot the grilled mushroom and grilled onions that I ordered on my burger ☹ and the fries while yummy could definitely be much crisper. The building itself had very blah decor...not much for an atmosphere...almost felt like a cafeteria setting. Not sure if we will be returning

Didnt know there was a 5 Guys in Guelph. Everything was good except for the girl who took our order who looked like she was mad at the world. A smile goes a long way! Love the peanuts while you wait for your food!

I was just in probably around 5/ 5:15 pm The food was good as usual. The woman who took my order was fantastic however the Male who was working was utterly obnoxious the entire time. He was also not being the nicest to the staff working. I work in restaurants so I can understand needing to be loud for people to hear you however there wasnt very many people in the restaurant and it seemed a bit excessive for an open concept kitchen. The food was good but the overall experience needed some work.

Came to the opening of the store last November, as they had a special treat for their plaza neighbours and though it was busy, it was fast and tasted fresh! I decided to come again for a treat today since the opening, and still fast & fresh as ever! Consistency is good. An option for combos may draw in more frequent customers.

First time at Five Guys ever. I had been hearing amazing things about this place, and I was not disappointed.

Upon walking in, I was impressed by the openness of the kitchen area and the simplicity of the menu. The person who took our order was polite and friendly and was able to answer our questions regarding the menu.

The food was hot, fresh and made when we ordered. The portions were huge, and the burgers were fantastic! You can tell the meat is always fresh and never frozen. Fries were delicious, without any additional toppings, no salt or ketchup needed.

I consider myself to be a bit of a burger connoisseur and I was blown away by the quality, freshness and portion size. Other burgers I used to love do not even compare to a Five Guys burger.

Definitely will be back!
