Overall the food is very good! Friendly staff and the service is good. They constantly refill the buffet and everything is hot and tasty.

The Royal City is a hard one to rate. I love it for take out, the food is very good and for a relatively good price, going there has always made me feel a bit uncomfortable somehow. The restaurant screams for repairs, even if the buffet is quite nice with a good selection, it feels dingy inside. It might do even better if they upgraded it and brought it into 2019 instead of 1975, give it a good clean, paint walls, fix bathrooms. Still a good place to eat.

Smaller buffet overall but still a good selection. I think about 20 items, plus small salad bar, soup and dessert. Overall good food. Very friendly service.
They're constantly refilling items. Everything I had was fresh and hot and tasted good.

We've ordered in from them a number of times. This time we went and ate in the restaurant. To our amazement the portions were even larger. Great food! Reasonable price. Will be back for sure.
