(August 13, 2019, 5:22 pm)Was told I didn't need an appointment for an x-ray so I walked in only to be told they didn't have an x-ray technician in that day. The following week I tried to call to make sure there would be someone there but was hung up on first then left on hold for an eternity. When I finally did get in staff were courteous and the service was quick. Mixed emotions.

(June 27, 2019, 1:53 pm)I have visited this clinic twice for obstetric ultrasounds and had good experiences both times. The second time I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time for my scan, but it was worth it for our lovely tech Denise who made the experience wonderful. Like most other ultrasound clinics, this clinic has a [somewhat ridiculous] policy that partners can only come into the room at the end of the appointment and the room arrangement is such that the partner stands down by your feet, but we didn't feel rushed to see the things we wanted to see. Both times the techs printed a couple pictures for us to take home. There is ample free parking. I like coming to this clinic.

(April 5, 2019, 7:01 pm)This review is for the Cardigan street location because I have had wonderful experiences here compared to the other Medical Imaging locations around Guelph. The staff are exceptional, kind, empathetic, and professional not to mention the front desk staff are friendly and approachable compared to other locations. I will continue to use this location in the future!
