(October 15, 2018, 9:15 pm)Good gym atmosphere and have all the equipment you need, people are usually helpful and machines free.
But this gym is the most inconvenient gym I have been too, half the time you have to ask someone to turn on the TVs for you , the parking lot is risking a flat tire and the last straw was having to wait 2 weeks for a key fob so it is only 24hrs if they have enough key fobs.
I was a member for over 2 years and I think that is the longest you can put up with all the work they lay on the paying members. -

(July 5, 2018, 10:57 pm)It is a great place There are gym classes every day if u so choose. Are trainers are just great. I started 4 months ago at age 72 and they are so patient . it's amazing what u actually can do. There is a physiotherapist too

(May 19, 2018, 5:43 pm)A classic/traditonal gym atmosphere for those interested in working out. Not a Hollywood gym... chalk is accepted, Olympic lifting and powerlifting friendly.
