After a nightmare experience at a different flooring company, we switched to Bigelow flooring. They were not far from KW. Armen was fantastic to deal with, and all of the Staff were friendly, prompt and professional. Our new carpeted stairs look fantastic and the install was perfect. We are doing our basement flooring next. Would highly recommend Bigelow flooring to anyone and we will be using them for all our flooring, tiling needs from now on!

We are very pleased with our experience with Bigelow Flooring and have no hesitations recommending them. Each time I went to the showroom, the staff were friendly and the right amount of helpful. They respected my desire to browse but were there to answer all my questions and give advice. Mike, our estimator, used his expertise and experience to make an excellent call on the process needed for our unique situation (saving us tons of money.) Matt did a great job on the installation and spent time with me before he started to be certain of what I wanted. I appreciated the follow-up from the team both in person and on the phone to make sure everything was perfect.
