We started in a very competitive market where Angela helped us understand the trends, strategies and value of homes. We offered on two homes with Angela during this competitive time in early 2020, unfortunately losing in competition (due to our budget, not Angela's skills!). We later found a home that we knew was the right one for us, but the day after putting in our offer, Covid-19 quarantine started and derailed our hunt. The sellers decided to take the house off the market while everyone figured out what our new normal would be amidst the pandemic. Angela was so patient with us during this confusing and unprecedented time. She advised us on outlook for the market, changing real estate policies, and the changing values of homes. Her insight was instrumental in helping us, a few months later, eventually close on the house we offered on Day 1 of quarantine once it came back on the market. Throughout this trying time, Angela has been level headed, client-focused, and always optimistic. Even when I was being indecisive and took 45 minutes going back and forth about whether to offer on a home, Angela was patient, kind, and helpful. I'm so glad we had Angela on our team during this house hunt - we would have been totally lost without her!

Helped us sell our second home recently and got us above asking and the long closing we needed. Will definitely be using her again in the future.
