(March 31, 2019, 7:26 am)I had to go here quite a few times recently and the walk in doctor was more helpful to me than my family doctor usually is. Waits can be long but it's a walk in clinic, what do you expect?

(December 23, 2018, 8:19 pm)I live in Orangeville and would do anything to avoid going to the hospital for a non-emergency. With today being a Sunday and right before christmas, walk-in clinics aren't open near me. I made the 35 minute drive to Fergus for my daughter to be seen early. After reading reviews about the online hours being posted wrong and people being turned away due to maximum capacity, I didn't have high expectations, but my toddler needed to be seen. We arrived at 9:20 and there was a line-up out the door. Okay, so the hours were right, don't listen to the other review below. Sunday's are 9-2 even on holidays. There was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected with this walk-in being the only one open around. We were in a room by 11:00 and the staff were very informative of how many people were ahead of you. Dr. Easterbrook came in right after and greeted both me and my daughter with a genuine smile and extremely positive attitude. He played fun little games with her while checking her over and after he made his diagnosis, he went to triple check the medication he was prescribing her as she has an allergy to penicillin. He explained the dose, side effects, and how long it would take for her to start feeling herself again. He blew my away. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic. We will definitely make the drive to visit agaon if we need to.
