(February 22, 2022, 5:52 pm)I have needed to wear orthotics for more than 25 years. In the spring, Courtney did an assessment and made me a new pair. They were comfortable and worked very well. A few months later, I developed a sore spot in my foot, unrelated to the orthotics. After some physio work, Courtney gave me additional suggestions for exercises and adjusted the orthotics to support this new condition. When I wear the orthotics, there's no pain!
