  For my dentist appointment today, I was very anxious knowing I had a large cavity to be filled. On arrival I was greeted with friendly staff. But when taken to my room for procedure, the assistant was very cold. She didn't introduce herself or ask my name...her first question was we're there any changes in my medical history. She provided no positive comments during my procedure. The dentist was awesome and took the time to ask how I was doing. Later on that day he called again to see how I was. Thumbs up for dentist, but thumbs down for assistant.
