  This is such a beautiful hotel. Stayed in one of their loft rooms - the attention to detail was amazing. Motion sensed track lighting under the bed, heated towel rack and floors. The room was very clean and beautifully designed. All of the staff were so professional and accommodating. The restaurant & pub have vegan options which was great. They also overlook the gorge which is stunning. Will be back!

  Wow this place was great. First of all the hotel and spa are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were stunning and outfitted with fireplace, big tub, huge shower and great amenities. The views from everywhere were amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was outstanding. Every single employee spared no effort to make this an enjoyable stay. We came for our honeymoon on one of the packages and can’t wait to come back again!

  at the Mill for a mid-March lunch. The setting is astounding, a lovely glass-lined room suspended over the thundering waters of the Elora Gorge. Beautifully trained staff. All top notch, sigh, except the food. The salads were plain. just everyday lettuce and some locally smoked salmon. A good start, but it really needed that raspberry vinaigrette, a few pine nuts and maybe a scattering of blueberries. And the beef sandwich was pretty greasy. Good beef, but wonder if it might have been much better skimmed of excess fat. My companion could not eat his. Still, the place was lively, but quiet enough to enjoy good conversation with our party of 4. The wine list was amazing. The view spectacular. I guess the setting and prices led me to believe that the chef would be at the top of her/his game.

  100% recommend going! Unreal service, beautiful renovated rooms with heated bathroom floors, under bed lighting, real fire place, heated towel rack, and Dyson blow dryers. Completely modern on the inside with a small town feel on the outside. Great restaurant and spa as well! Will go again!

  We had a Fantastic meal by the wood burning fireplace. Started of with a great vegetable soup that had plenty of flavour and some bread. My wife had the skirt steak and she found it delicious and I had the pork which was also great. The roast apple that came with it was amazing. For desert they had a great selection of sorbets that we enjoyed.
