Robert did a great job helping us find the product we were looking for to replace carpeting in our bedroom. We settled on some engineered hardwood and we love the finished product! Our experience dealing working with Robert was positive all the way - he came to the house, listened to what we wanted, and assisted in selecting an appropriate product. Marvin did a great job installing. Very professional, hard working and he did a great job with the cleanup.

It makes a real difference in our front hall and kitchen areas. Roman was the installer and he was quick and detailed to what we required! Thanks to Roman and thanks to Robert Steeves for being responsive to all of our questions over the process even during Covid-19.
Next will be to get our carpeting done.

Working with Robert was phenomenal, as he went above and beyond for us, answering emails and questions promptly and with a very positive attitude. We are pleased with the carpet installation, and have to say that the installation process was easy, and very professional. The new showroom in Waterloo is welcoming and spacious...worth the visit if you are looking for new flooring!
