Got a second opinion on something a competitor said I needed. After checking my car, Kressler's Auto Repair said it was not needed. They explained what was going on and why I didn't need the work done. Saved me a couple of thousand dollars. Thankful!!
Friendly, honest service. I brought my vehicle in after letting it sit over the winter (which resulted in stuck emergency brake initially, and once I got it loose, ended up with pulsating brakes for the first hundred or so km).
He checked the brakes and informed me I could change the front disk brakes or not if I am comfortable with having a little pulsation, and very slight (5% or so) reduction in braking ability. The brake check was 100% free. I highly recommend Kressler from my limited experience dealing with them.
I had a problem with my parking break (it was rusty and stuck on). They disconnected it for me with no charge for the service and told me how much it cost to replace, but recommended me not to bother which really impressed me because they didn't make any money from me. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I needed any work done.
Great friendly service, knowledgeable technicians! They do a great job and I go there all the time for regular maintenance as well as repairs!
