(March 5, 2021, 2:01 am)I must say our coordinator who handles out of Canada has been wonderful. Excellent customer service, always reply's in a timely manner. She has been extremely helpful in extending our coverage.
(November 21, 2020, 8:39 pm)My insurance but review under wife’s name for some reason. Have been a member of the big insurance companies. Yes, they may pay faster and w/o questions but RWAM is thorough in their claim processes. I have had zero problems with them. Staff have been stellar to deal with and when something is my fault in making a claim they will assist me in speeding up the process. Christiane was the latest employee I dealt with and went above and beyond. She is a definite asset to her profession. Tony Burrows.
