  Best shop around! Their service is un-matched, and so is the quality of their work. These guys tell you how it is, and dont exagerate, or take advantage of their clients. I'm not too knowlegable when it comes to automotive repair, so to have a shop I can trust, is a huge relief; especially when I come in often for the most minor and petty of issues. I put 100% faith in Doug and his team. Next time you need any work done, give this shop a try. You wont regret it!

  Doug at elmira service center is amazing.i asked him to oil spray my truck and do a oil change and I requested that my truck was brought in over night to let it dry as there shop is heated overnight and that wasnt a problem what so ever. My truck was returned to me with a extremely nice undercoating that smelt delicious lol and all the windows were cleaned and he also cleaned the wipers so they dont smear all over the windshield from the oil spray. He also drilled holes in my doors and rocker panels and sprayed undercoating in there and used little rubber plugs to plug the holes. Awesome shop with a friendly atmosphere.

  Had trouble with my tires that resulted from from work done by another auto shop. They hooked it up and I was out of there quick. Great service and honest people!

  Such a great shop! Very trustworthy and they will tell you the absolute truth! Each time I've gone in Doug has helped me save money! Which is unheard of in an auto shop. I've had trouble in the past with mechanics trying to trick me into paying more money so finding Elmira Service Centre was a blessing. Thanks guys!

  Doug and the his crew are the best. I had work done on a 99 Camry, 2014 Accord (after an accident) as well as my dad’s car. They have always gone above and beyond to fix the problems I have had in a timely and economical manner. Doug will try to give you options like finding you used parts or aftermarket ones.

  Doug is just the absolute best.
  
  I was travelling on the highway close to Elmira when I heard a noise on braking! I quickly parked and called the 2 most 'highly reviewed' auto shops in Elmira... no one would help me. I called this Centre and although they were fully booked on a Monday, Doug said I could come over so he could take a quick look at my car and at least make sure It was safe to drive.
  On getting there, he went over and beyond for me.
  
  Thanks a lot Doug!!!! Customer Service and professionalism at its finest.
