(July 25, 2020, 9:44 pm)I LOVE my new Northstar Elmira 1955-C 30” dual fuel range/with Warmer Drawer, Full Chrome White. I looked at all the high end ranges:
Wolf,Viking,Zline,Cafe,Bertazoni, etc. and found everything I wanted in the Northstar Elmira Range. This range is as beautiful as it is functional. I ordered it on April 30, 2020 was told I would receive it within 8weeks. I was notified by the shipping company on June 22 that my range was ready for delivery. It didn’t even take 8 weeks thank you thank you! I would like to thank Tony Dowling who took my order and made purchasing the range so easy. I tried buying it from local dealers but kept getting the run around for more than a month. I suggest you buy this product directly from the Elmira Company. (April 29, 2019, 2:36 pm)We've been planning on buying a new Elmira stove for a few years now, but waited until we remodeled the kitchen. The stove arrived bolted to a pallet and wrapped with lots of protection. The unpacking instructions were visible and easy to follow. It took us a while to get it from the garage into the kitchen because it is very heavy, (witch I like). It looks awesome, better than I planned. The company was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them.

In the 14 YEARS we’ve owned it, we had one issue, and the customer service we received was top-notch. I was worried since the company is not in the United States, and we live in Missouri. However, we had no need to worry. They were so friendly and helpful. Didn’t stop until all problems were solved, and there was only a very small cost. Delivery of parts was quick, and the time they took to explain the process was superb. I would recommend Elmira Stove Works without reservations to everyone!

(March 30, 2019, 2:54 pm)I love ❤️ my antique red stove! It is the cutest stove ever! I love cooking on it, and especially love the warming oven. I have used it for 17 years with no problems. I would like to know how to properly shine the chrome and the black plates that go over the burners. I just use dish soap, but they need more.
