Nice facility. It is a horse barn where the horses can train indoors. It is a great place to run your dog(s) out of the elements. The area is approximately 80-100 feet long by 50-60 feet wide so you can throw a ball for your dog and play fetch.

It needs a water station so the pups can stay hydrated. Otherwise, bring a bowl and water bottle.

I will return again as the people were nice, answered my questions in a timely fashion, and were helpful when describing the facility.

We took the dogs to run around in their inside area. Super awesome. The dogs loved it. Will definitely be going again!

I would give 5 stars to the horses and Kayla, who is an excellent instructor over there. And zero star to the manager. In 2016, I joined Equestrian Art for riding lessons, the communication from the management was too weak. Here are two examples from my experiences with her:

    - In 2017, the manager changed my instructor without letting me know ahead of my session. I met the new instructor at the beginning of my session. She was not bad, very friendly, but not comparable with Kyla. I took few sessions with her, learned nothing. So I left the club in 2017.

    - A few years after (in 2020), I missed their horses and Kayla, so I called them to have sessions with Kayla, for a first couple of months, everything was perfect. But unfortunately again miscommunications from the same manager happened. I went to one of my sessions, in which I paid for a private session. Without telling me, the manager matched me with another rider, who was a better rider. So practically I didn't do any riding, just a few rounds. Kayla tried her best to teach both of us at the same time, but it was impossible as the other rider was alot sharper and better and required advanced training session. I made a complaint to the manager, she said: " Kayla told her, I would like to have a semi-private session", which was not right. I still have my text communication with the manager, and whenever I miss horses over there I look at the texts, remember how I was treated, and remind myself to never ever go back again! Anyway, I told the manager it is not true, I didn't ask for semi-private session, her response was: if you would like to continue having your private sessions, you would need to change your time, because from the following week I already gave your session to two other riders. Originally my session was at 8:00AM on Sunday, she suggested to be there at 7:00AM on Sunday! I was very disappointed and decided to lose the payment of my remained session, and never go back.

If you look at my other reviews on google you will see that I have never gave less than 5 so far, except to this one.
