  We shop here regularly. Good selection, clean, tidy. Staff always seem happy to give assistance, with the exception of a couple cashiers who could use some customer service training! A couple of them (and they are not new employees!) have been SO rude that I will wait longer to avoid their checkout line. I have heard of similar experiences.

  Great selection of frozen, dairy, meat, canned but bakery can be lacking. Prices are really expensive compared to Stratford competitors. Could use more staff. Produce is generally good but can be on the wrong side of the due date. Since it's the only big box store in town it's pretty good. Don't want to be ungrateful.

  Conveniently placed, fairly good selection of goods. They now accept Visa cards for payment which is nice, along with self checkout machines, but they got rid of the bin of empty boxes that you could used instead of plastic bags.

  I was very happy with this particular no frills. It's always quite organized and actually doesn't run out of sale items. The no frills in Kitchener is quite the joke compared to this. I'm from Kitchener and I drive out to this no frills. Thank you
