  This is my second time coming here and I must say the customer service went far beyond my expectations.
  
  My first visit: I had called to order new snows for a new vehicle. The agent answered all of my many questions and was very patient. He helped me pick the best tire to fit my needs without trying to force an upsell of product. When I came for the install staff were super courteous and quick. the service only took 30 minutes and I was on my way!
  
  Second visit: Was having some weird wobbling with tires on our other vehicle the day after we put our own snows on. I expected to get some comment about putting my own tires on but nope! Absolutley no judgement. But what comes next is what surprised me- customer service far beyond my expectations. The took me out to the shop and showed me what was wrong. The advised it was unsafe to let me drive home the way the car was, drove me home to pick up my summer tires, installed them and ordered new rims for me and set up time to install. It was not their responsibility to drive myself and my tires around town, nor squeeze me in to make sure my car had safe tires to drive on as I'd likely exceeded my appointment time. All of the staff were so helpful, understanding and thoughtful.
  
  Never installing my own tires again!

  Staff was very helpful and had a good understanding of the tires and wheels they were offering. Highly recommend this location.

  Just went out with a flat tire, the repair was done immediately and they changed to winter tires (which they store for me) right away without an appointment and having to make second trip. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and great prices on the tires. This shop has my business for sure.
