(April 17, 2019, 12:55 am)Excellent Service. Knowledgeable staff. We took in a water sample from our new-used tub and walked out with detail instructions and a water adjusting kit. Water is now balanced and clearing up beautifully!

(April 4, 2019, 3:18 am)Now a number of months after we received our hot tub... the customer service has been awesome! They have answered all questions we have had. The store is beautiful, they put on cartoons for the kids to keep them occupied. We shopped everywhere but it was the only place that felt right. If you are in the market for a hot tub you have to go there!

(March 7, 2019, 4:43 am)We recently purchased our swim spa at Waterscape. We had a great experience with Ryan. He was very knowledgeable about the Hydropool brand and answered all our installation questions. If you are in the market for a swim spa or hot tub I would highly recommend this store !

Ryan and Adam shared loads of information that made us feel confident in Hydropool hot tubs and worked with us on a price that we were comfortable with. Bonus: did you know these tubs are Canadian made in Mississauga?! We’re awaiting our hot tub and look forward to the excellent service we’ve had thus far.
