(November 10, 2018, 1:07 am)I stayed at 64 Marshall. I had great experience and enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are very spacious and fully furnished. I had laundry inside the unit which saved a lot of time and was included in the rent. Internet was fast. The property had lot of amenities, gym, rec room, social lounge, study carrels, which I didn't have to compete for. The social lounge / study carrels was a bonus for me get work done and gather with my school mates to get group projects done. The Maintenance Staff was really friendly and prompt. I recommend staying at this property.

Probably the best student housing with a trusted management you're going to find in Waterloo. Also they have Largest Rooms in Waterloo with Fully Furnished, Fitness & Games Room and social lounge etc.
Most of it, Super close to both campuses!
