(October 19, 2021, 1:52 pm)I had one of the puller cables on my garage door opener break, so I called Waterloo Garage Doors. The response time was amazing! From the time I called to when they completed the repair was maybe an hour and a half. The service tech was great as well. Super friendly, never tried to upsell or talk me into anything that I didn't need, just set to work and did a great job. Very pleased with the quality of the work and their customer service.

(September 21, 2021, 4:19 pm)Over the years, we've had Waterloo Garage Doors install and maintain both a garage door opener and an insulated garage door. The quality of the products they've installed has been excellent but the service has been even better. They've been consistently quick to get a service person out (even when it's to fix a 20 year old door they didn't even install), send knowledgeable and skilled staff, and are just generally great to work with.

He is very friendly and installed, tested and checked everything before he left. Price is decent and transparent. The requesting process is very straightforward as well. Thank you again!
