(November 21, 2020, 6:11 pm)Great selection and reasonable prices. I came in for a pair of business casual pants and walked out with a cute sweater I just had to have. However, the customer service made me very uncomfortable. I can't say I would go back. The associate was hovering over me. She gave me the impression that she was worried I'd steal something. I hope she was intending to be helpful. Feeback to the store: please give customers some space. It would be more helpful if you checked in with them periodically to offer assistance rather than stand behind them the entired time they are in your store.

I have not experienced such great service since I worked at Eaton’s a millions of years ago. She was a saleswoman who listened to what my needs were. She offered superior service. Thank you Janice. As a result she made a good sale.
