(April 17, 2021, 4:34 am)I couldn’t imagine why someone would ever give this place less than 5 stars. Lou and his team carefully create their flavours and products to be in tip top shape. We have never been disappointed with our experience at this business and we’ve frequented it for a very, very long time. The customer service is always impeccable, and Lou always wants to help educate his customers and understand where the business can improve. We have suggested this place to all of our friends and family and will continue to support this local gem frequently. If you haven’t tried their selection you’ve got to.... you’re missing out!

(April 11, 2021, 5:46 am)This was an amazing experience! The first time coming here we came just as the owner was packing up and he let us order. He was so kind and gave us an extra half a dozen cookies. The cookies were amazing and are definitely worth buying! Definitely going back!

(March 26, 2021, 6:26 am)Cookies were good but a little to sweet for me personally. Maybe I just like classics like oatmeal chocolate chip, gingerbread cookies, or white chocolate and macadamia. I wouldn’t order again for myself but would recommend for anyone who likes sweets and wants to try fun new flavours. My fave cookie was the meltdown.

I came to Sweet Lou's a few days later to buy some more - needless to say we devoured a half dozen very quickly. Not only are the cookies delicious, Lou is a very nice guy and when I was there I could really tell he appreciates his customers. I'll definitely be back and will recommend Sweet Lou's to everyone I know.

They surpassed my expectations with their customer service - I had asked that they write Happy Birthday on the box, and not only did they honour the note...they included a fun banner and little balloons. I know this put a huge smile on her face and made her day. She said the cookies are delicious and were presented beautifully. Thank you for the extra effort you put into this, it really went a long way in this strange time especially not being able to celebrate in person with her.
